We work with clients who have specific HR issues on an hourly rate basis. This is ideal for clients who do not need to sign up for on-going support services, but require help on a particular HR issue. This is on a pay-as-you-go basis to ensure you never overpay.

We take the pain away of dealing with HR issues; for example if you have a problem with an employee and need to take them through the disciplinary process, we will chair the investigatory and disciplinary hearings, supply all of the letters, record the hearings, provide minutes of the hearings and advise on the best course of action. You’ll be safe in the knowledge that the process was carried out in accordance with employment legislation and Acas Code of Practice, and your employee will understand you are taking the situation seriously.
